Refund Policy for Software and IT Services

At Heights Studio , we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality software products and IT services that meet their needs. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund within 30 days of the purchase date under the following conditions:

This Refund policy will only apply for Heights Studios Products. Customs Projects and Products Are not included.

Software Products:

  • Refunds will be issued for software products that have not been fully activated or registered.
  • Refunds will be issued for software products that have been downloaded but not installed.
  • Refunds will not be issued for software products that have been fully activated, registered or installed on a device, as we cannot control the usage or the data entered by the user.
  • Refunds will not be issued for software products that were purchased more than 30 days ago.
  • Refunds will not be issued for software products that were purchased as part of a bundle or package deal.

IT Services:

  • Refunds will be issued for IT services that have not been fully rendered, including but not limited to installation, configuration, and troubleshooting services.
  • Refunds will be issued for IT services that have been rendered but are not meeting the customer’s needs and expectations
  • Refunds will not be issued for IT services that have been fully rendered and consumed.
  • Refunds will not be issued for IT services that were purchased more than 30 days ago.
  • Refunds will not be issued for IT services that were purchased as part of a bundle or package deal.

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at contact@heightsstudio.org with your purchase information and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund. Our team will review your request and, if approved, process the refund within 5-7 business days.

Please note that all refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
